The Safety Pyramid

The individual security levels are indicated on the product packaging differentiated by colour and number. The fundamental prerequisite of inclusion of a product into the Security Pyramid system is its testing in a test lab and subsequent certification of resilience with a certifying authority then subsequent certification of product resilience against violent intrusion. 

At the same time the manufacturer must prove that he is capable of delivering the products to the market with consistent construction and quality.
